GOD WOKE ME UP
THIS MORNING!
GOD woke me up with
a gentle nudge with the sun this morning.
I see its light
filtering through clouds and the trees.
Warming yet all the
good earth’s ground and all around, right down to me.
The birds sing
and fly in songs of flight, saying “Good Morning”, with Joy.
Is what I wake
up too marvel at and as I see, I Thank GOD.
For HE has blessed
me with another day, with you all as it was meant to be.
GOD woke me up with
a gentle nudge this morning with HIS Love for you and me.
