WHAT WOMEN CAN DO BETTER THAN MEN?
My wife Joyce, according to the Medical Examiner, on May 27th 2014 went home to our LORD due to, Congestive Heart Failure…
1 in 3 women die of heart disease and stroke, which is more than all forms of cancer combined. Although 9 in 10 women have at least one risk factor for developing heart disease, only about half are aware of the issue at all.
Are the signs of heart attack the same for Women & Men?
In the past, it was believed that women and men had different signs of heart attack. This may not be the case. Both women and men may experience typical or non-typical symptoms such as nausea, sweating, pain in the arm, throat, jaw or pain that is unusual. However, women may describe their pain differently than men. Nevertheless, the most common symptom in women and men is still chest pain. Cardiovascular disease (heart disease and stroke) is a leading cause of death for Canadian/American women.
