COVID-19 ADVICE
You can stay healthy and prevent the spread of infections by washing your hands often, with soap and water for at least 20 seconds!
How long is 20 seconds, well as a Christian I have come up with a prayer which lasts no less than 20 seconds and if your a Christian you should all know.
Unless you rapid pray to our LORD, then it may not work, eh?
So here is how it goes:

OUR FATHER, who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy Name,
thy kingdom come,
thy will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those
who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.

For thine is the kingdom,
and the power, and the glory,
for ever and ever.
AMEN.

Do you remember as a kid, the feeling of daring yourself at night to walk across a dark room?
In a way you were excited because you know; you really know that there is nothing there to hurt you.
Some people get to choose their dark rooms.
They get to look for places where fear is only skin-deep but some people are nowhere near that lucky, as sadly the choice is made for them.
Due to my volunteer work with Missing Children, I have never known what to say to the parents and families of murdered loved ones.
The only thing that I can think of is to offer them my prayers so that they and their families are given strength and comfort during such a difficult time.
While they walk through their dark rooms, not of their own choosing.
