Neda Agha-Soltan - We Will Remember You!

Neda Agha-Soltan the second of three children, Neda lived with her parents in a middle-class neighborhood east of Tehran.

She was a happy, positive person. Though she studied philosophy and religion at the Azad Islamic University, she was more spiritual than religious. She also loved music. She once studied violin but had given it up and was planning to take up piano next. She had just bought a piano, but it had not yet been delivered.

Her demeanor was typically calm, even serene, but she had a quirky, playful sense of humor. A friend recalled that once, when Neda was visiting her friend's house, she picked up a white Teddy bear, took off her big, purple-studded earrings and put them on the bear. Then she removed a necklace from around the neck of a friend and put it around the bear's neck, taking delight in the bear's transformation.

Neda liked to travel and she also believed in human rights but was shot for this...

What A Wonderful World

I see trees of green, red roses too
I see them bloom, for me and for you
And I think to myself, what a wonderful world.

I see skies of blue, clouds of white
The bright blessed days, dark sacred night
And I think to myself, what a wonderful world.

The colors of a rainbow, so pretty in the sky
Are also on the faces, of people going by
I see friends shaking hands, saying how do you do
They're really saying, I Love You.

I hear babies cry, I watch them grow
They'll learn much more, than I'll never know
And I think to myself, what a wonderful world
Yes, I think to myself, what a wonderful world.
Oh Yeah...

This video is not extraordinary, but maybe and I Hope,
it makes you happy...maybe.

Love is - Remember when

"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always preserves."
1 Corinthians 13:4-7

This Is How I Feel Today

Hello Folks,
I am OK in so much that once again I have been stabilized then given more meds and sent home.
Not that I wanted to stay in the Hospital but they were vague on why this happened as they allude to it was just a blood clot that got hung up in my heart somewhere, then into my head and hence my visit.
I was given anti clotting meds, bag after bag so that may have helped dissolve the clot.
Today I am depressed and I feel foolish, I know this is not rational but that is how I feel.

Thanks for asking as your comments mean much to me and always will.
Sincerely,

Sir Richard...

What we members of Team Hope do

What we members of Team Hope do best is share ourselves.
Essentially, we are just good listeners.
Though we are not a trained social workers, psychiatrists or lawyers.
We let the loved ones of the missing know, that like them, we have already gone through the same fog of despair and horror of a "Missing Love One".
As we offer them our hands/hearts and minds in support, together we walk through the mist.
