Eric, beloved husband of Lorna of Calgary, passed away on Tuesday, August 10, 2010 at the age of 64 years.
It is well known that Eric served the community with passion and dedication for his entire working life.
One of the reasons that I became a Volunteer for Child Find Alberta
and Team Hope.
Sadly I just found out today that Eric has already been laid to rest in Cardston Cemetery in Cardston, Alberta.

Eric gave me the strength and the help when I needed it to recover
my daughter 21 years ago.
He also taught me what it means to be a Volunteer and he is one of the reasons that I still volunteer with, Team Hope to this day!
For you will be missed Eric but I will never forget you.
May God also give your family the strength to go through this very difficult time.
May You Rest In Peace Eric.
Sincerely with Tears,

Richard…

Vacation 2010

We Are Back!
These are not my best photos but I tried, eh?.
Our vacation was very restful, sadly we could not travel as far as I wanted to. Boating was out as it only stayed sunny occasionally, the boat rental day was rainy. So, basically, we stayed around my in-laws beautiful home on Martin Mountain and CHILLED :)

For My Wife From Sir Richard...

At times I just don't know
How you could be anything but beautiful
I think that I was made for you
And you were made for me

And I know that I will never change
Cause we've been friends through rain or shine
For such a long, long time

Laughing eyes and smiling face
It's seems so lucky just to have the right
Of telling you with all my might
You're beautiful tonight

And I know that you will never stray
Cause ya been that way from day to day
For such a long, long time

And when ya hold me tight
How could life be anything but beautiful
I think that I was made for you
And you were made for me

And I know that I will never change
Cause we've been friends through rain or shine
For such a long, long time

And I must say that it means so much to me
Just to be the one who's telling you
I'm telling you
That you're beautiful...
