I wanted to share a little bit about my background, and how I got started in music...
I grew up on a farm in a small town in rural Utah called Richfield. You can tell even then I was a little stubborn and a spitfire! 

Riding horses and competing in rodeo was my passion growing up (by the way the goat wasn't harmed in this photo). 

Although I was always a writer and music lover, I didn't start writing and performing my own songs until around 2000. This is from a CD release show in 2003 when I was living in Atlanta.
